    Brett Ratner Won't Direct Rain Video. Mariah Carey will film the video for "Through the Rain" in New York on Sunday Sept 29th with director David Meyers (Pink, Jay-Z). Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis produced the ballad, which began streaming on MTV.com, VH1.com and BET.com Thursday and arrives at radio outlets on Friday Sept 27th.
